Replica Placement Policy
Data artifactInfrastructureInfrastructurearc:ReplicaPlacementPolicy
A declarative scheduling constraint set, such as pod anti-affinity and zone spread rules, that keeps replicas of a service off shared failure domains.
Responsibility. Constrains where service replicas may be co-located.
Also known as: Pod anti-affinity rules, Topology spread constraints

Design guidance
- MUST explicitly design high availability through placement rules, redundant infrastructure and runbooks; it does not emerge automatically.
Classification
- Technologies
- Kubernetes
- Quality attributes
- Reliability (ISO/IEC 25010 | NIST AI RMF: valid and reliable)
- Risks mitigated
- Single node or zone failure taking down all replicas
