   (chapter, concept, why it matters). Give the summary a content mix
   of about 60% on the chapter's main concepts, 30% on secondary
   points, and 10% on how it connects to other chapters.
2. Write one prerequisite-review block for the named section: the
   concepts it needs, each marked required or optional, matching the
   section prerequisites given above; a short self-check question per
   concept; and, for each concept, where in an earlier chapter or
   section to review it.
3. List, separately, any exam skill you could not support with at
   least one concept from the list above, for a person to review.

Report the chapter summary and the prerequisite-review block as two
separate, clearly labelled Markdown sections, and nothing else.
