1. Correct-answer feedback: one to two sentences confirming why the
   correct answer is right, drawn from the explanation notes above,
   not from anything outside them.
2. One line of feedback per distractor, in the form "Option <letter>:
   <feedback>", naming the misconception behind that distractor and
   correcting it, without stating or hinting at which letter is the
   correct answer.

Do not restate the question text. Do not add a distractor, an option,
or a misconception that is not already present in the stem above.

A model given this filled prompt would be expected to draft correct-answer feedback that restates the snapshot explanation in one or two sentences, then one line each for options B, C and D, each naming and correcting the misconception attached to it, with no line naming or implying which option is correct. To check the output: confirm every distractor named in the stem gets its own feedback line, that no new distractor or misconception is invented, and that no line anywhere states or hints at the correct letter.
