| P-S5-04 | Propose a bank composition | Propose how many items a bank needs per domain and per difficulty, from a blueprint’s own weights and the reference implementation’s difficulty split. |
| P-S5-05 | Draft item feedback | Draft the right-answer and wrong-answer feedback text for one assembled stem, from its explanation and its distractors’ own misconceptions. |
